摘要
目的:解决院内多科会诊相关业务信息化管理问题,提高工作效率和工作质量。方法:通过对临床科室多科会诊相关业务的需求分析,规范相关业务流程,设计符合医院工作需要的多科会诊信息化流程。结果:多科会诊信息化流程的设计与应用,优化了业务流程,提高了工作效率,实现了流程的闭环管理。结论:信息化管理模式从科室的实际工作需要出发,较好地提升了全院多科会诊的动态管理,具有高效性、实用性强的特点,值得推广应用。
Objective: To solve the problems concerning the informatization management of multidisciplinary consultation related business, and to improve work efficiency and quality. Methods: Relevant business process was standardized, and information process of multidisciplinary consultation was designed to meet the needs of hospital work through demand analysis of clinical multidisciplinary consultation related business. Results: Design and application of information process of multidisciplinary consultation optimized business process, improved work efficiency and achieved closed-loop management of the process. Conclusion: The model of information management, proceeds from the actual work needs of departments, improves dynamic management of the multidisciplinary consultation, characterized by high efficiency and strong practicability, and should be popularized.
