网络信息化管理模式在慢性糖尿病患者健康管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Network Information Management Mode in the Health Management of Patients with Chronic Diabetes

目的:研究网络信息化管理模式在慢性糖尿病患者健康管理中的应用。方法:选取2016年4月—2017年9月期间接受诊治的120例慢性糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为研究组、对照组各60例。对照组患者采用常规出院健康管理,研究组患者采用网络信息化管理模式。观察并对比两组患者护理前后生活质量及血糖情况。结果:出院后6个月两组患者生活质量均明显优于干预前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后两组患者糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖水平均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:网络信息化管理模式具有优势互补、资源整合、动态化管理等优点,可有效提高患者自我管理能力,控制患者血糖水平,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the application of the network information management mode in health management of patients with chronic diabetes. Methods： 120 patients with chronic diabetes receiving diagnosis and treatment from April 2016 to September 2017 are selected as research subjects. They are divided into study group and control group with 60 cases each according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group use the routine discharge health management, while the patients in the study group use the network information management mode. The quality of life and blood glucose before and after nursing in two groups are observed and compared. Results： 6 months after discharge, the quality of life of the two groups is obviously better than that before the intervention, that of the study group is better than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The average glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose level of patients in the two groups after discharge are lower than that before the intervention, that of the study group is lower than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The network information management model has the advantages, such as complementary advantages, integration of resources, and dynamic management. It can effectively improve the patient’s self management ability, control their blood glucose level and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
