信息技术在医院医疗设备仓储管理中的应用

The Application of Digital Information Technology in the Management of Hospital Medical Equipment Storage

目的:科学技术的发展促使新型医疗设备的迅速普及,为临床疾病的诊断、治疗提供了更多选择。医院医疗设备一般具有种类多、数量大、价值高的特点,在固定资产中占有不可替代的地位,对医院医疗设备仓储管理也构成了新的挑战。方法:设计信息化管理目标、结合多种医疗信息系统、基于C/S架构设计开发了专门的医疗设备仓储信息管理系统。结果:该系统在四川大学华西医院医疗设备仓储管理中实践超过1年,取得了显著成果,包括精细化管理改善,网络管理、实时监控效果改善,管理维护的延续性改善,智能化水平改善,管理执行力改善,统计分析及查询效果改善。结论:信息技术对提高医院医疗设备仓储管理水平有重要意义。

Objective： The development of science and technology promotes the rapid popularization of new medical equipment, and provides more choices for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases. Hospital medical equipment is generally characterized by many kinds, large quantities and high value. It occupies an irreplaceable position in fixed assets. It also poses new challenges for hospital medical equipment storage management. Methods： A special digital information management system for medical equipment warehouse management in hospital was developed based on C/S architecture, combined with various medical information systems. Results： The digital information technology was used for medical equipment warehouse management for more than 1 year, and remarkable achievements had been made, it includes meticulous management improvement, network management, real-time monitoring effect improvement, continuity improvement of management and maintenance, improvement of intelligence level, improvement of management and execution, improvement of statistical analysis and query effect. Conclusion： Digital information technology has great significance to improve the hospital medical equipment warehouse management.
