三维石墨烯基碳材料的构建及其催化性能

摘要 采用氧化石墨烯为模板,通过水热处理使葡萄糖碳化并借助二环己基碳二亚胺的偶联作用构建出三维石墨烯基碳材料。扫描电镜结果显示成功制备了三维结构的石墨烯基碳材料,红外光谱表明材料中富含含氧官能团,EDS分析表明碳材料中碳元素与氧元素分散良好。以该材料20 mg为催化剂、80%水合肼为还原剂、反应时间4 h、反应温度100℃的条件下,转化率达到90%,选择性>99.9%,催化实验结果表明3D石墨烯基碳材料催化效果良好。 Using graphene oxide as template and DCC as coupling agent through esterification,3 D graphene-based carbon materials were constructed from glucose by hydrothermally carbonization. The 3 D structure was proved by scanning electron microscopy. The infrared spectra showed that the prepared carbon material was rich in oxygen-containing functional groups. The EDS analysis showed that the carbon and the oxygen elements were well dispersed in the carbon material. The results of catalytic reduction of nitrobenzene with hydrazine hydrate showed that the 3 D graphene-based carbon material had a significant catalytic effect. The conversion can reach 90%, and the selectivity can be maintained above 99.9%under the following experimental conditions: the 3 D graphene-based carbon materials 20 mgas catalyst, nitrobenzene 1.2 g, 80% hydrazine hydrate 3.4 g, reaction time 4 h and the reaction temperature of 100 ℃.
