5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫基乙酸酯的合成、表征及其摩擦学性能

摘要 设计合成表征了3种5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫基乙酸酯衍生物(BOT1、BOT2、BOT3),并用作环境友好型高效润滑油添加剂。研究了3种添加剂的热稳定性及其在液体石蜡(LP)中的溶解性和铜片腐蚀性;在四球摩擦机上考察了其承载能力和抗磨性能。结果表明,3种添加剂都具有优良的热稳定性、油溶性和抗腐蚀性能;能够明显提高液体石蜡的承载能力和抗磨性能。添加质量分数为1.0%的BOT3的油样的最大无卡咬负荷(PB)值比液体石蜡提高了106%,磨斑直径比液体石蜡减小了50%。 Three 5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thioacetate derivative, named BOT1, BOT2 and BOT3, were designed, synthesized, characterized, and used as Environmentally friendly efficient lubricant additives. The thermal stability, solubility and corrosion resistance in liquid paraffin(LP) of these additives were studied. The carrying capacity and anti-wear performance were investigated on a four-ball machine. The maximum non-seizure load(PB) value of oil sample with 1.0% BOT3 was 106% higher than that of non-added liquid paraffin, the wear scar diameter was reduced by 50% compared with that of liquid paraffin.
