摘要
目的:制备金盏花脂质体凝胶剂。方法:筛选3种不同的基质,选择最佳基质。结果:卡波姆940是制备本脂质体凝胶最佳基质。结论:本方法能制备出合格的凝胶剂,后续可进一步进行优化。
Objective: To prepare Calendula officinalis liposome gel. Methods: Three different substrates were selected to select the best substrate. Results: Carbomer 940 is the best substrate for the preparation of liposome gel. Conclusion: This method can prepare qualified gel and further optimize it.
