摘要
目的:制备金盏花脂质体凝胶剂。方法:筛选3种不同的基质,选择最佳基质。结果:卡波姆940是制备本脂质体凝胶最佳基质。结论:本方法能制备出合格的凝胶剂,后续可进一步进行优化。
Objective： To prepare Calendula officinalis liposome gel. Methods： Three different substrates were selected to select the best substrate. Results： Carbomer 940 is the best substrate for the preparation of liposome gel. Conclusion： This method can prepare qualified gel and further optimize it.
