基于Moldflow的PPR三通管件熔体流动优化分析

摘要 本文运用Moldflow软件可视化塑料熔体注塑过程的特点,研究注塑成型过程中PPR三通管件的熔体流动情况。通过对一模四腔非自然平衡流道模拟分析,研究流道系统、熔体温度、填充工艺、保压参数等工艺参数对熔体流动的影响。采用多方案对比分析,优化成型工艺,改善制品质量。对于模拟分析的最佳方案可以直接运用到实际生产中,指导模具改进和制品加工。 The melt flow of PPR Tee-fitting in injection molding process was studied in this paper by Moldflow software, which is used to visualize the injection molding process of plastic melt. The influence of process parameters on melt flow, such as flow channel system, melt temperature, filling process and pressure retaining parameters, etc., was discussed by simulating the case of non-balanced flow channel of a mold with four-cavities. The quality of products was improved by comparing and analyzing many schemes, and then optimizing the molding process. The best solution by simulation analysis can be directly applied to actual production, to promote mold improvement and product processing.
