摘要
为了提高水煤浆的稳定性,通过调整煤粉成浆的粒度分布,研究了粒度级配对水煤浆稳定性的影响。结果表明,粒度级配能够提高水煤浆的稳定性。当粒度比例在7︰1~15︰1之间时,制备出的水煤浆性能够满足工业要求。当粒度比例为13︰1时,水煤浆最大稳定天数为7天。
To improve stability of the CWS(coal water slurry), the effect of the different particle size distributions on the stability is studied by adjusting the particle size of the pulverized coal.The results indicate that that stability of CWS can be effectively improved and will satisfy industrial requirement when ratios of particle size distributions is between 7︰1 and 15︰1. When the particle size ratio is 13︰1, the maximum stable days of the coal water slurry is 7 days.
