摘要
介绍了大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司2.8 Mt/a两段再生催化裂化装置,第一再生器和第二再生器烟气氮氧化物不同的生成机理,分析了烟气氮氧化物排放浓度的影响因素,通过对再生器、余热锅炉系统操作优化,降低烟气氮氧化物排放浓度达40%以上,在不使用降低氮氧化物助剂的情况下,实现了烟气达标排放。
The 2800000 tpy FCC with two-stage catalyst regeneration in West Pacific Petrochemical Company Ltd. DALIAN and the differences between the first and the second regenerators were introduced. Meanwhile, the influences of nitrogen oxides in flue gas' s concentration were analyzed. By optimizing the system of regenerators and waste-heat boiler, we reduced the concentration of nitrogen oxides in flue gas to more than 40 %. Reaching the standard of flue gas emission without nitrogen oxide auxiliaries.
