毛细管柱气相色谱法测定驱蚊花露水中避蚊胺的含量

Capillary Gas Chromatography Determination of DEET Components in the Mosquito Repellent Dewdrops

用丙酮溶剂溶解提取,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,本文采用TG-1MS毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,用内标法对驱蚊花露水中的有效成分避蚊胺进行了分离和测定,该方法的线性关系、精密度和回收率良好,可应用于该类产品避蚊胺的定量与定性分析。

Extracted with acetone solvent, Dibutyl phthalate was used as the internal standard. TG-1 MS capillary column and FID detector was used to separate and determine DEET in the mosquito repellent dewdrops by internal standard method. And the linear relation, precision, recovery were fine. The method can be applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of DEET.
