摘要
本文对电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水中元素全量的不确定度进行了评定。经评定,当钴、镍、铜、钼的浓度分别为29.8μg/L、30.6μg/L、29.2μg/L、27.0μg/L时,扩展不确定度分别为3.2μg/L、4.2μg/L、2.7μg/L、2.1μg/L。这4种元素检测结果的不确定度主要由元素校准曲线拟合和重复性的不确定度构成。
The uncertainty of the elements total amount in water determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is evaluated in this paper. When the concentration of cobalt, nickel, copper, molybdenum were 29.8 μg/L, 30.6 μg/L, 29.2 μg/L and 27.0 μg/L, the expanded uncertainty were 3.2 μg/L, 4.2 μg/L, 2.7 μg/L and 2.1 μg/L. The uncertainty of these four elements' results is mainly composed of elements calibration fitting uncertainty and repeatability uncertainty.
