实现职业教育质量提升提高职业教育质量,要实现专业与产业链的对接。南宁学院食品营养与检测专业以提高学生应用能力为切入点,针对食品产业链中岗位能力需求,将课程体系与产业链有机融合,解构职业教育传统学科知识体系,重构基于工作过程系统化的食品营养与检测专业课程体系并应用于实践,有效实现应用型职业教育质量提升。

To realize the quality improvement of vocational education and improve the quality of vocational education, we should realize the docking of professional and industrial chain.
