摘要 实现职业教育质量提升提高职业教育质量,要实现专业与产业链的对接。南宁学院食品营养与检测专业以提高学生应用能力为切入点,针对食品产业链中岗位能力需求,将课程体系与产业链有机融合,解构职业教育传统学科知识体系,重构基于工作过程系统化的食品营养与检测专业课程体系并应用于实践,有效实现应用型职业教育质量提升。 To realize the quality improvement of vocational education and improve the quality of vocational education, we should realize the docking of professional and industrial chain. In order to improve the students' application ability, the specialty of food nutrition and testing of Nanning college, aiming at the demand of the post ability in the food industry chain, combines the curriculum system with the industrial chain, deconstructs the traditional knowledge system of the vocational education, and reconstructs the system of food nutrition and detection based on the systematization of the work process and applies it. In practice, we can effectively improve the quality of applied vocational education.
