基于应用型人才培养的高校教育教学改革浅析

Study on Educational Reform in Higher Education Based on the Cultivation of Applied Talents

高等院校的教育教学不仅关系学生的培养质量,更关系着社会的发展。在当前我国社会经济不断发展给高校教育教学带来新的机遇与挑战的情况下,应用型人才的培养成为各大高校教育改革的重点。因此,在国家高等教育教学改革的大环境中,创新型、应用型人才的培养显得尤为重要。作者从教学理念、教学内容和教学过程等各方面进行探索研究,提出适合学科发展和人才培养的教学模式,以在教学改革的大形势中谋求自身学科的发展。

Higher education in universities not only concern the quality of students＇ training, but also affect the development of society. In the current situation, new opportunities and challenges of higher education are brought under the development of social and economy, the cultivation of applied talents has become the focus of education reform in major universities. Therefore, the cultivation of innovative and applied talents is particularly important in the great environment of national higher education reform. The author explores and studies various aspects such as teaching philosophy, teaching content and teaching process to propose a teaching model suitable for the development of disciplines and personnel training, in order to seek the development of the discipline in the general situation of teaching reform.
