甲基纤维素/甘油/聚β-环糊精温敏水凝胶复合体系的构建及搭载疏水性药物研究Ⅱ

摘要 温敏水凝胶具有独特的温敏特性而成为生物材料领域的研究热点,但其难以均相搭载疏水性物质的特点为医药领域应用的一大难题。研究构建了甲基纤维素/甘油/聚β-环糊精温敏水凝胶体系,并通过聚β-环糊精搭载疏水药物氟比洛芬。结果表明:聚β-环糊精使氟比洛芬均匀分散在水凝胶中,同时可协同降低水凝胶体系的最低临界相转变温度(Lower Critical Solution Temperature,LCST)约9℃。此外,探究了聚β-环糊精对氟比洛芬搭载率的影响,结果表明:当聚β-环糊精浓度从30μmol/L降低至5μmol/L时,氟比洛芬搭载率由7.66%升高至10.26%。 Temperature-sensitive hydrogels have become a hotspot in the field of biomaterials due to their unique thermosensitive characteristics. It is difficult for hydrogels to carry hydrophobic substances with homogeneous phase. For to solve the hard scientific problem, the composite system of temperature-sensitive methyl cellulose/glycerin/β-cyclodextrin ploymer hydrogels was prepared. The hydrophobic drug flurbiprofen is carried by β-cyclodextrin polymer. The results showed that β-cyclodextrin polymer make flurbiprofen evenly dispersed in the hydrogel, at the same time, β-cyclodextrin polymer can reduce the LCST of the hydrogel system by 9 ℃. Moreover, the influence factor of inclusion rate of β-cyclodextrin polymer carring flurbiprofen was studied. Results indicate that the inclusion rate of flurbilofen increased from 7.66 % to 10.26 %, when the concentration of β-cyclodextrin ploymer decreased from 30 mol/L to 5 mol/L.
