摘要
本文使用干海带为原料来提取碘,对海带灰化过程、酸化过程和最后产品的收集过程进行了改进。对干海带进行了乙醇浸泡,减少了燃烧时产生的烟雾,缩短了灰化时间,体现了绿色化学的概念。改变了酸化步骤,改进了传统实验中的固固反应,变为湿法反应,减少了空气污染,同时降低了碘盐的损耗。利用了碘溶于乙醇,以乙醇为溶剂,用Na_2S_2O_3溶液滴定碘单质,便于测定碘的含量。
In this paper, dry kelp was used as raw material to extract iodine. The process of kelp incinerating, acidification and the collection of final products had been improved. Ethanol soaking was performed on dry kelp to reduce the smoke generated during combustion and shorten the incinerating time, reflecting the concept of green chemistry. The process of acidification was changed, the solid reaction in the traditional experiment was improved, it was changed into wet reaction, air pollution was reduced and the loss of iodized salt was reduced. Iodine was dissolved in ethanol, and iodine was titrated in Na2S2O3 solution with ethanol as solvent, which was convenient for the determination of iodine content.
