摘要
氮氧化物尾气经液碱溶液吸收后,用硝酸中和至溶液pH值为7,加双氧水将亚硝酸盐氧化为硝酸盐,加热除去铁等微量杂质,浓缩结晶进一步提纯,经分离得到质量达到化学试剂分析纯的硝酸钠。方法用于生产实践,获得满意的结果。
Nitrogen oxide tail gas is absorbed by liquid-base solution, the pH value of the neutralization of nitric acid to the solution is 7, add hydrogen peroxide to oxidize nitrite into nitrate, heat to remove trace impurities such as iron, the concentrated crystallization was further purified, the quality of sodium nitrate reached the analytical grade of chemical reagent.
