对咪唑苯甲醛缩2-氯-5-氨基吡啶希夫碱的合成、表征及体外抗菌活性研究

摘要 本文介绍了新化合物对-N咪唑苯甲醛缩2-氯-5-氨基吡啶希夫碱的合成方法及单晶培养方式,利用x-射线衍射解析了该物质的晶体结构,通过红外光谱、元素分析等方法对该物质进行了系统表征,并对其体外抗菌活性做了初步研究。 The novel Schiff base,(6-chloro-pyridin-3-yl)-(4-imidazol-1-yl-benylidene)-amine has been synthesized. The crystal structure of target complex was confirmed by x-ray diffraction. The characteristics of this compound were studied and analyzed by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. Through antibacterial activities experiments, the rational conclusion is the compound has no antibacterial activity in vitro.
