本文主要介绍了高纯镓的规模化生产研究,尤其重点介绍了结晶法在高纯镓的规模化生产中的应用,介绍了4种高纯镓的提纯方法的不同点。针对高纯镓的规模化生产,重点介绍了模块式结晶器的结构及各个结构的作用。

This paper mainly introduces the research on the large-scale production of high purity gallium, especially the application of crystallization method in the large-scale production of high purity gallium, and introduces the difference of four purification methods of high purity gallium. For the large-scale production of high purity gallium, the structure of modular crystallizer and the function of each structure are introduced.
