西安市二次供水保洁作业规范实践与探索

随着西安市城市建设的不断发展,二次供水已成为西安市主城区的主要供水方式,但随之而来的二次供水设施清洗保洁无地方标准、保洁作业不规范、供管水人员管理不善等问题导致的小区水质发黄、有异味等现象出现,严重影响了我市居民生活质量,急需采取出台二次供水设施清洗保洁地方技术标准、加强日常监督、加大人员的培训力度等相应措施来改善我市二次供水清洗保洁管理水平。
