鱼油微胶囊制备方法的专利技术分析

摘要 鱼油的味道及易受环境影响是限制其应用的一大性能缺陷,将鱼油及其主要成分DHA、EPA微胶囊化是鱼油包埋技术的重点方向之一,本文针对鱼油微胶囊化的国内外专利文献进行检索、收集、统计及分析,综述了鱼油微胶囊化的专利申请量及国别分布的特点,并从制备方法方面详细分析了我国鱼油微胶囊的相关专利技术。 The taste of fish oil and its vulnerability to environmental influences are a major performance limitation that limits its application. Microencapsulation of fish oil and its main components DHA and EPA is one of the key directions of fish oil embedding technology. This article aims at the search, collection, statistics and analysis of domestic and foreign patent documents for fish oil microencapsulation. The patent application volume and distribution characteristics of fish oil microencapsulation were summarized, and the relevant patented technologies for the preparation methods of fish oil microcapsules in China were analyzed.
