In this article, basic operational exercise of titration analysis in general chemistry was expounded, such as the basic requirements, principles, operating steps, the requirements of experimental reports, attentions, the results and discussions. The key factors which influence the experimental results may attributed to normalization of experimental operation, accurate judgment of the end point of titration and accurate reading of the volume scale of burette.
