摘要
对《太阳能电池基础与应用》课程教学进行研究,提出具体的教学方案,以太阳能电池为主线将多学科知识融合,培养复合型创新人才。针对太阳能电池原理知识,提出物理描述、数学公式、数值计算三者结合的教学方法,让学生不用通过复杂的公式推导也能掌握太阳能电池器件物理,同时参与到工程设计环节,为今后从事太阳能电池工作奠定知识基础。
Herein, the teaching of "Basic knowledge and Application of Solar cells" is studied. The teaching contents are arranged, including multidisciplinary knowledge based on the main line of solar cells. For the physics of solar cells, a novel teaching method is put forward, in which physical description; mathematical formula and numerical calculation are combined. Students can master the physics of solar cells without complex formula derivation.
