头孢泊肟酯是第三代口服头孢菌素,对大多数革兰阴性菌和阳性菌都具有良好疗效。本文介绍了一种以7-氨基去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸为起始物料合成头孢泊肟酸,然后经过酯化得到纯度较高的可以用作杂质对照品的头孢泊肟酯杂质B。

Cefpodoxime proxetil is an oral, broad-spectrum third generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It has in vitro activity against many common Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens associated with common pediatric infections. This article mainly introduces a preparation method of cefpodoxime proxetil impurity B by using 7-ADCA as raw material with high purity, which can be used as impurity reference substance.
