摘要
顶空气相色谱-质谱法法测定水中苯系物,对测定过程中可能引入的不确定度进行了分析和评定。根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中有关规定,建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,对各分量在构成合成不确定度时的影响进行分析,得出标准曲线配制为本方法中影响不确定度范围的最关键指标。
The uncertainties in the determination of Benzene homologues in Water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) were analyzed and evaluated. The mathematical models were established according to the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF 1059.1-2012), and further study of each component drew a conclusion that the key uncertainty came from the calibration curve.
