摘要
以渤海为例,借鉴国内外海洋资源环境承载力的研究成果,从海水环境承载能力的基本内涵出发,根据海洋功能区的环境要求,结合数据统计和空间分析技术,构建了海水环境承载能力预警的评估体系。评估体系以海洋功能区水质状况评价为基础,建立海水环境承载能力预警分级评价模型,根据渤海2013~2016年的海水监测数据资料,对渤海近岸进行了海水环境承载能力预警分区和分析。结果表明本方法能够科学、合理地划分海水环境承载能力预警区域,可为海洋资源环境承载力的预警评价提供新的思路,为海洋管理部门的政策制定提供技术支撑。
According to the research of the marine resources and environmental carrying capacity,the evaluation system for early-warning of marine environment carrying capacity was built combined with environmental requirements for division of marine functional zonation and spatial analysis techniques. The early-warning of marine environment carrying capacity was calculated from 2013 to 2016 in Bohai sea,the result showed that the method was feasible and could propose the different of early-warning area in Bohai Sea. It could provide a new ideas to evaluating early-warning of marine environment carrying capacity and provide technical support in making policy for the marine administrative department.
