摘要
针对偶氮废水深度处理,在单因素实验的基础上,利用Design-Expert8.0.6.1软件和Central Composite实验设计原理,以偶氮废水脱色率为响应值,设计了一个4因素5水平的响应面法用于臭氧深度处理偶氮废水的工艺优化。结果表明,对于200 mL初始浓度为100 mg/L的橙黄Ⅱ废水,当臭氧通量为1 602.06 mg/h,MgO投加量为0.32 g,废水初始pH为7.04,反应温度为29.32℃,反应5 min后废水脱色率达到最大值,为95.52%。通过软件对模型的方差分析、残差分析和模型验证,得出模型相关系数为0.992 3,Fisher(F)值为138.11,概率(P)值<0.000 1,变异系数(CV)为2.26%,信噪比为49.124,这些指标均在合理范围内,故该模型可信度和准确性较高,预测性能好。
For the advanced treatment of azo wastewater, a four-factor five-level response surface method was designed for the optimization of ozonation treatment process for azo dyes wastewater by using Design-Expert8.0.6.1 software and Central Composite design principle which was based on the single factor experiment. The results showed that for 200 mL orange Ⅱ wastewater with its initial concentration of 100 mg/L, when the ozone flux was 1 602.06 mg/L, the catalyst of magnesium oxide was 0.32 g, the initial pH of the wastewater was 7.04 and the reaction temperature was 29.32 ℃, the decolorization rate of the wastewater could be up to the maximum value of 95.52% after 5 min. Through the variance analysis, residual analysis and model validation of the model, the model correlation coefficient is 0.992 3, F value is 138.11, P value is less than 0.000 1, coefficient of variation is 2.26%, signal to noise ratio is 49.124 and these indicators are all within reasonable limits. So the model has high reliability and accuracy and the prediction performance is good.
