摘要
超大采高工作面回撤可能遇到停面方案难以确定、回撤通道垛式支架接顶困难、末采期间来压规律变化、大断面贯通支护难以有效保证等问题,为实现8.2m超大采高综采工作面设备的安全高效回撤,以金鸡滩煤矿8.2m超大采高综采工作面回撤通道设计影响关键因素研究为例,介绍了回撤通道设计主要情况,创新性地提出了使用恒阻大变形锚索,研究了回撤通道稳定性,结果表明可以实现安全快速回撤,为类似矿井提供了技术参考和指导。
Super mining height working face withdraw would met the following problems,which is about working face stop scheme would not confirmed easily,roof-contact was difficulty for chock support in equipment remove gateway,pressure law variation at the end of working face mining,supporting difficult for large section cut-through and so on,in order to realized safety and high efficient withdraw for fully mechanized coal mining working face with super mining height 8. 2 m,it taking influence key factors of equipment remove gateway design of fully mechanized coal mining with super mining height 8. 2 m of Jinjitan coal mine,so design institution was introduced,application constant resistance large deformation cable was put forward innovation,and stability of equipment remove gateway was studied also,the results showed safety and speedy withdraw could be realized,and references for similar situation.
