在国家大力倡导和支持校园足球运动活动开展的新背景下,校园足球运动的发展再一次掀起了新一轮的热情和高潮,足球作为世界第一大运动,深受大学生的喜爱和青睐,足球活动的开展在高校无处不在,成为大学生校园文化生活密不可分的重要组成部分。现代足球运动的发展趋势及特点决定着,足球比赛攻守的节奏越来越快、激烈程度和对抗性越来越强,这就意味着足球运动损伤的几率和风险也就不断地增加和提高。如何有效的避免和降低大学生足球运动损伤事件的发生,此问题成为亟待解决的一个重要研究课题,它关系着校园足球能否健康有序的发展,同时也严重制约和影响着大学生足球运动水平能否进一步的提高。

Under the new background that the state strongly advocates and supports the development of campus football activities,a new upsurge of interest in campus football has been set off.As the most popular sport in the world,football is widely loved by college students.Football activities are ubiquitous in colleges and universities,and have become indispensable parts of college students＇ life on campus.The attacking and defending rhythms of football games are increasingly fast,and the degree of intensity and the resistance is higher and higher due to the development trend and characteristics of modern football activities,which means that the chances and risk of football injuries will constantly increase.Therefore,how to effectively avoid and reduce the occurrence of football injuries among college students has become an important research topic,which is related to the healthy and orderly development of campus football activities as well as to whether the level of college students＇ football activities can be further improved.
