摘要
为正确地评估燃煤电厂节能减排技术的得益,首先对供电标煤耗的定义,即不同定义域的额定与年加权供电标煤耗的差异进行了分析,在此基础上,提出得益评估的三个基本原则:得益对比应基于相同的基准、得益必须分解到锅炉效率和汽轮机热耗及厂用电率、得益计算的数据链和能量传递必须连续和闭环。列举了12项技术创新得益的典型示例。
In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the technology of energy saving and emission reduction in a power plant correctly, the delinition oi the coal consumption, namely the diiierence oi rated coal consumption and annual weighted standard coal consumption in different domains of definition is analyzed. Based on this, three principles for the effectiveness evaluation shall be proposed as follows: the effectiveness shall be compared according to the same benchmark; the effectiveness calculation shall include the boiler efficiency, turbine heat rate and auxiliary power consumption; the data chain and energy delivery shall be continuous and in closed loop. Moreover, typical examples related to 12 items of technical innovation are listed.
