摘要 传统的阀门检测手段通常无法检测到阀门异常造成的控制回路的非线性波动。分析了阀门静摩擦和阀门曲线失配这两类主要导致阀门非线性波动的原因,并针对因阀门静摩擦导致的系统非线性状态的问题,提出了一种基于过程数据的汽轮机阀门非线性检测方法。并采用多种验证手段从仿真和工业实例两方面验证了这种方法的有效性。研究成果可为类似机组的阀门故障检测和诊断提供参考。 Generally, the traditional valve detection method cannot detect the nonlinear fluctuation of the control loop caused by the abnormity of valve. The static ffiction of the valve and the mismatch of the valve curve, which lead to valve nonlinearity, were analyzed. Focused on the nonlinear fluctuation caused by the static ffiction of valve, a detection method of valve noTllinearity in steam turbine was proposed based on process data. The effectiveness of the method was verified from aspects of simulation and industrial examples. The research results can provide reference for detection and diagnosis of valve fault in similar units.
