摘要
介绍了某台9FA.03联合循环机组启动过程中汽轮机低压进汽控制阀(ACV)多次出现开启过程卡涩的现象。通过分析该异常现象,找到故障原因为阀门本体卡涩。并且提出了开启低压旁路调节阀,以降低ACV前压力的处理方法,提高了机组的安全性。研究成果可为同类型机组ACV卡涩现象的处理提供参考。
The jam phenomenon, which appeared many times in LP admission control valve (ACV) of steam turbine during start up of a 9FA. 03 combined cycle unit, is presented. Based on the analysis of the abnormal phenomenon, the fault reason is found out to be the jam of the valve body. Then, the method to reduce ACV pre pressure by opening the LP bypass regulating valve is presented to enhance the safety of the unit. The research findings can provide reference for handlfng the ACV jam fault of the units with the same type.
