摘要 分析了30MW背压式汽轮机轴封漏汽导致润滑油进水,引起油质乳化的问题。重点分析了轴封漏汽以及润滑油进水的原因,并提出了处理方法和改进措施。采取了四种方案解决轴封漏汽问题,即调整轴封、改造轴封加热器、改造轴封汽管道及增加汽封管道。实践证明轴封漏汽的问题得到了有效的解决。研究成果可为类似机组轴封漏汽问题的处理提供参考。 The problem of water contamination in lubricate oil caused by gland leakage in a 30 MW back pressure steam turbine was analyzed. The cause of this problem was mainly analyzed, and corresponding treatment and improvement measures were proposed. To solve the problem, four treatments were taken as follows: to adjust the gland, to modify the gland heater, to rearrange the gland steam pipe and to add the gland pipe. It was proved by practice that the problem of gland leakage was effectively solved, and the research results can provide reference for handling gland leakage in similar units.
