液压工程夹持器压力自适应电液比例控制

摘要 为了解决传统挖掘机铲斗吊装效率低、低适用性等问题,设计了一种基于压力自适应的新型挖掘机液压工程夹持器。完成了液压系统原理图的拟定,利用电液比例控制技术调节回路压力,采用光电位移传感器采集物体滑移信号,根据OPC技术实现HMI与PLC的通信,用VB程序事件驱动机制实现信号的检测,分配了PLC输入输出点,编写了PLC压力自适应控制程序。简化了控制系统硬件驱动设计,能够根据滑移信号实时调节系统压力,抗干扰能力强,具有良好的压力自适应能力。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and low applieabiliU of the traditional excavator bucket, a new hydraulic engineering gripper of the excavator based on pressure adaptation is designed. The proposed principle diagram of hydraulic system is completed. The electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is used to regulate the circuit pressure. The photoelectric displacement sensor is used to collect the object slip signal. According to the OPC technology the eonmmnieation between HMI and PLC is established. The signal detection is realized by event driven meehanisnl of VB progranL The input and output points of PLC are assigned and the PLC pressure adaptive control program is finished. The hardware design of the control system is simplified, the system pressure can be adjusted in real-time according to the slip signal. Its anti-interference ability is strong and its pressure adaptive ability is fine.
