摘要
液压挖掘机是以开挖、装载土石方工程为主的工程机械设备之一,其施工效率、燃油经济性、排放标准备受用户关注,主要体现在柴油发动机、液压泵、载荷合理匹配及控制方面。一般依据发动机转速、扭矩、液压泵出口压力、载荷等方面,系统自动调节柴油发动机油门开度和液压泵的排量,确保多工况下液压泵吸收功率跟随发动机输出功率,液压泵与载荷的功率匹配,从而避免功率浪费。
Hydraulic excavator is one of the engineering machinery and equipment, mainly the earthwork excavation load, the construction efficiency, fuel economy, emission standards by users attention, mainly reflected in the diesel engine, hydraulic pump, load matching and control. According to the engine speed and torque, the hydraulic pump outlet pressure and load, automatic adjustment system of diesel engine throttle opening and hydraulic pump to ensure hydraulic pump absorption power with the output power of the engine, hydraulic pump and power load, so as to avoid lhe waste o{ power.
