摘要
闭式液压系统相较于开式液压系统而言,具有工作压力、工作效率高,油箱体积小,易于实现无级变速控制和双向控制,所以被广泛应用于工程机械、矿山机械等大型设备的行走驱动以及回转驱动等马达,但驱动油缸需要有特殊的设计。该文着重介绍了闭式变量泵驱动液压油缸的特殊设计工作原理以及计算选型,并通过现场测试,验证了理论的正确性,满足实际应用所需。此方案已应用是实际产品。
Comparing with open-loop system, closed-loop system has high working pressure, high working efficiency and small tank volume, and it is easy to achieve stepless speed control and two-way control. Base on those advantages, it is used for driving tramnling and rotation motors in construction and mining machine. It needs special deign when driving cylinders. This arliele mainly introduces the working principle of closed-loop variable pump driving hydraulic cylinder, as well as the components selection and calculation. Verifying the correctness of the theory by field testing, and it proves that the design meets the requirement. This system has been applied in the real products.
