摘要
宜昌市在全面推行河长制之际,通过科学制定方案、完善顶层设计、实施生态补偿、推进综合执法、加强综合治理、强化生态监测等措施,使黄柏河流域水环境保护工作取得成效,流域水质整体达标率呈逐年上升趋势,水质恶化的趋势得到遏制。
Yichang fully implements the river chief system. Huangbai River basin through scientifically formulating compensation, promoting comprehensive law enforeement, ecological monitoring measures. The water quality in the deterioration trend is contained. It makes achievements in water environment protection work in plan, improving top-level design, implementing ecological strengthening comprehensive control, and strengthening the river basin is increased year by year, and the water quality-deterioration trend is contained.
