摘要
山洪灾害防治项目建设的目的是形成较为完善的综合防御系统,预防山洪,减少损失。本文分析了辽宁省山洪灾害防治规划和建设情况,并对防治效果进行评估,总结了山洪灾害防治项目建设经验。为使受山洪灾害威胁的人口得到有效保护,人员伤亡减少,提出完善综合防御系统的建议。
Mountain flood disaster prevention and control project is constructed for forming a relatively perfect comprehensive defense system, preventing mountain flood, and reducing losses. Planning and construction of mountain flood disaster prevention and control in Liaoning Province are analyzed in the paper, the effect of prevention and control is evaluated, the construction experience of mountain flood disaster prevention and control projects is summarized. The population threatened by mountain flood disaster is effectively protected and the casualties are greatly reduced through providing suggestion of pefferring integrated control measures.
