摘要
水资源的数量和质量直接影响群众的生产生活。本文以宁夏彭阳县为例,分析了区域水资源基本特征和开发利用现状,并从区域生态和经济社会环境出发,研究了彭阳县水资源面临的问题,提出了相应的对策,以期为区域水资源长效利用和实现可持续发展提供参考。
The quantity- and quality- of water resources direetly affect the production and life of the masses. Pengyang County- of Ningxia is adopted as an example in the paper for analyzing the basic characteristics and development utilization status of regional water resources. The problems of water resources in Pengyang County- are studied from the aspects of regional ecology and economic social environment. Corresponding eountermeasures are proposed in order to provide references for long-term utilization and sustainable development of regional water resources.
