我国高等教育研究发展的“量”与“质”——基于全国教育科学规划课题数据(2010-2016年)

The "Quantity" and "Quality" of the Research and Development of Higher Education in China:Based on the National Education Science Planning Projects Data(2010-2016)

文章通过对2010—2016年全国教育科学规划高等教育学科课题立项与结项情况的数据分析,反映出我国高等教育研究发展的"量"与"质"。结果表明:和其他学科相比,高等教育立项课题数量较多,但重点项目偏少;课题负责人主要集中在高等院校;"高等教育人才培养"和"高等教育管理"是研究者重点关注的领域;课题结项成果质量不高,优良率低于平均水平。要提升高等教育研究水平,必须增强其服务国家重大需求的能力,着力提高课题结题质量,通过以强带弱的立项分布,推动高等教育研究均衡发展。

This paper reflects the ＂quantity＂ and ＂quality＂ of the research and development of higher education in China through the data analysis from the approval to the completion of the projects of the na tional education science planning in 2010-2016. The results show that compared with other disciplines, the number of higher education projects is more, but the key projects are less; the project leaders are mainly concentrated in higher education institutions;the topics are focus on ＂talents training in higher education＂ and ＂management on higher education＂ ;the quality of the project outcome is not high, and the excellent rate is lower than the average. In order to improve the research level of higher education,it is necessary to enhance its capacity to serve the country＇s significant requirements, improve the quality of project achievement,and promote the balanced distribution of research projects.
