龙泉滘闸泵工程对江门市防洪排涝的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为分析龙泉滘闸泵工程的建设对江海区排涝及新会区防洪的影响,按照联围内河网水力联系、外江与联围的关系以及龙泉滘水闸排涝范围,确定了本次分析论证的研究区域。在此基础上,采用小流域暴雨洪水推算研究区围外上游天沙河水系及围内设计洪水过程。根据礼东围围内排涝标准及起调水位,按水闸维持现状、扩建水闸19m及扩建水闸45m 3种情况分别组合是否闸泵结合得到6组工况,结合下游3座挡潮闸进行调洪计算,对江海区排涝及新会区防洪进行分析,为合理确定泵闸工程建设规模提供科学依据。 In order to analyze the influence of the construction of the Longquan floodgate pumping project on flood discharge in Jianghai District and the flood control in Xinhui District,we determine on the study area of this analysis according to the hydraulic connection of the inland river network in Lianhe River,the relationship between the Outer River and the Lianhe River,and the drainage field of the Longquan floodgate.Based on the study area,the storm floods in small basins were used to calculate the design of the Tiansha River system and the design flood process in the upper reaches of the study area.According to the internal drainage standards and the water level adjustment in the Lidong area,the water gate was maintained and the sluice was extended to 19 m.Three sets of sluice gate 45 m were combined to determine whether the sluice pump was combined to obtain six groups of operating conditions,and flood adjustments were calculated based on three tidal dampers downstream.The analysis of flood discharge in Jianghai District and flood control in Xinhui District will provide a scientific basis for reasonable determination of the scale of pumping project construction.
