考虑制造误差的摆动导杆机构运动位置可靠性分析

摘要 制造误差会影响机构性能,故制造误差对机构运动可靠性的影响需要予以研究。以摆动导杆机构为对象,基于误差叠加原理和一阶泰勒展开,建立了包含机构尺寸误差、转动副间隙误差的机构位置误差计算模型,利用该误差模型,考虑各个原始输入误差的随机性,推导了摆动导杆机构运动位置可靠性数学模型,以进行机构运动位置可靠性计算和设计。在整个求解过程中,不需根据机构的运动关系建立、求解复杂的解析数学方程,使该建模方法同样适用于解决其他机构的运动位置可靠性问题。 The manufacture errors of mechanism will influence the performance,so the analysis of manufacture errors on motion reliability of mechanism should be carried out.Taking oscillating-guide-bar mechanism for example in this paper,based on the error superposition principle and the first order Taylor approach,error model considering original errors from kinematic parameters describing the mechanism's geometry,clearance errors of revolving pair are presented.Based on the error model,considering the randomness of every input error component,math model of motion position reliability of oscillatingguide-bar mechanism is deduced,so that motion position reliability of the mechanism can be calculated.The scheme had no need to deduce or solve the complex analytical equations,the method of establishing the mathematical model is also suitable for calculating motion position reliability of other mechanism.
