超声对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿的检查效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Ultrasound on the Fetus of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的分析超声对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿的检查效果。方法选择该院2014年10月—2017年10月间收治的30例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,根据临床资料进行回顾分析。根据新生儿的大小分为实验组和对照组,体重正常的胎儿为对照组,体重巨大的胎儿为实验组。根据两组胎儿的生长情况进行对比分析。结果实验结果表明,实验组胎儿的各项指标均高于正常胎儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将超声应用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿的检查中,能够直观的显示胎儿的生长发育情况,具有较高的临床运用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound on the fetus of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods Thirty pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were selected as subjects. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the size of the newborn, the experimental group and the control group were divided into two groups. The normal weight fetus was the control group, and the large weight fetus was the experimental group. Comparative analysis was performed based on the growth of the two groups of fetuses. Results The experimental results showed that the indexes of the fetus in the experimental group were higher than those in the normal fetus, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound is applied to the examination of fetuses in pregnant women with gestational diabetes, which can visually show the growth and development of the fetus and has a high clinical value.
