麝香保心丸治疗糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛的效果评价

Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in Treating Diabetes Complicated with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨麝香保心丸治疗糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法选取该院2017年4月—2018年4月收治的糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛患者128例,随机分为两组各64例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予麝香保心丸,比较效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.8%,明显优于对照组79.7%(P<0.05);观察组FPG、2 h PG明显低于对照组(P<0.05);心绞痛发作次数、持续时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸治疗糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of diabetic patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 128 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with unstable angina admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups： 64 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was given Shexiang Baoxin pills on the basis of the control group, compare the effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%, which was significantly better than that of the control group（79.7%）（P〈0.05）. The FPG and 2 h PG of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The number and duration of angina pectoris were significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill is effective in the treatment of diabetic patients with unstable angina pectoris. It is worthy of application.
