沙美特罗/氟替卡松在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病治疗中的效果分析

Effect of Salmeterol/Fluticasone in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Diabetes in the Elderly

目的探讨沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病的效果。方法选取该科2016年2月—2018年2月收治的老年COPD合并糖尿病患者58例,随机分为两组各29例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予沙美特罗/氟替卡松。结果观察组总有效率为93.1%,明显优于对照组75.9%(P<0.05);观察组FPG、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1/预计值均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD合并糖尿病患者采用沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,改善肺功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of salmeterol/fluticasone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with diabetes in the elderly. Methods A total of 58 elderly patients with COPD and diabetes mellitus admitted to the department from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was given salmeterol/fluticasone on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%, which was significantly better than that of the control group（75.9%）（P〈0.05）. The FPG, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FEV1/predicted values of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of salmeterol/fluticasone in elderly patients with COPD and diabetes can effectively improve the treatment and improve lung function.
