探讨前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的效果

Investigation on the Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Benazepril on Proteinuria in Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨分析糖尿病蛋白尿患者接受前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗的效果。方法 2015年11月—2016年11月该院对98例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者开展分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,均有49例患者,观察组患者接受前列地尔贝那普利治疗,对照组使用常规治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果开展分析比较。结果观察组共有29例显效,16例有效,4例无效,临床治疗有效率是91.84%;对照组有24例显效,15例有效,10例无效,有效率是79.59%。两组的治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有2例咳嗽、1例皮肤潮红,不良反应率是6.12%;对照组有2例咳嗽,2例潮红,2例头痛患者,不良反应率是12.24%。两组的不良反应率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者接受前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗的效果比较突出,患者的治疗安全性较高,临床中应该进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic proteinuria. Methods From November 2015 to November 2016, 98 patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria were analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients. The observation group received prostaglandin treatment, the control group used conventional treatment, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results A total of 29 cases were markedly effective in the observation group, 16 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the clinical treatment efficiency was 91.84%. In the control group, 24 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 79.59%. The treatment efficiency comparison between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were 2 cases of cough and 1 case of flushing in the observation group. The adverse reaction rate was 6.12%. In the control group, there were 2 cases of cough, 2 cases of flushing, and 2 cases of headache. The adverse reaction rate was 12.24%. There was a statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rates between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria are more effective in receiving alprostadil combined with benazepril. The safety of patients is higher and should be promoted in clinical practice.
