糖尿病并脑梗塞患者应用双联抗血小板聚集疗法治疗的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Double Antiplatelet Aggregation Therapy in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Cerebral Infarction

目的探究糖尿病并脑梗塞患者应用双联抗血小板聚集疗法治疗的疗效。方法将2017年1—12月收治的糖尿病并脑梗塞病患64例,按数字法分为参照组和研究组各32例,参照组采取阿司匹林治疗,研究组采取阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗。记录两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血小板参数[血小板比率(P-LCR)、血小板分布宽(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板(PLT)]以及总体疗效。结果两组治疗前NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后研究组NIHSS评分明显低于参照组;P-LCR、PDW、MPV和PLT等血小板参数均明显低于参照组;治疗总有效率93.7%显著高于参照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病并脑梗塞病患采用双联抗血小板聚集疗法可有效改善病患神经功能缺损状况,防止血小板聚集,有利于提高整体疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of dual antiplatelet aggregation therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction. Methods 64 patients with diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction admitted from January to December 2017 were divided into reference group and study group by 32 cases. The reference group was treated with aspirin.The study group received aspirin plus chloropyridin gray treatment. Neurological deficit scores, platelet parameters [P-LCR,platelet distribution width（PDW）, mean platelet volume（MPV）, and platelet（PLT）] and overall efficacy were recorded before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group; platelet parameters such as P-LCR, PDW, MPV and PLT were significantly lower than the reference. The total effective rate of treatment was 93.7% significantly higher than that of the reference group（75.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Double anti-platelet aggregation therapy for patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological deficit of patients and prevent platelet aggregation, which is beneficial to improve the overall efficacy.
