冠心病合并糖尿病患者的同质化护理

Homogeneous Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨对冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施同质化护理的临床效果。方法临床纳入该院2016—2017年收治86例冠心病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将全部入选者分为研究组、对照组,均为43例。对照组实施临床常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施同质化护理,分析对比两组血糖控制情况及治疗依从性。结果研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平较对照组均明显更低(t=5.897、5.549,P<0.05);研究组治疗依从率为97.67%,与对照组的83.72%相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.530,P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并糖尿病患者而言,同质化护理的实施具有重要临床意义,可进一步提高患者血糖控制效果,提高治疗依从性,改善患者临床预后,具备较高实施意义与临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of homogenization nursing for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes. Methods Eighty-six patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from2016 to 2017 were included in the study. All the subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group, all of which were 43 cases. The control group was given clinical routine nursing. The research group implemented homogenization nursing on this basis, and analyzed and compared the blood glucose control and treatment compliance of the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（t=5.897,5.549, P〈0.05）. The treatment compliance rate of the study group was 97.67%, compared with 83.72% of the control group, significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=11.530, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes, the implementation of homogenization nursing has important clinical significance, which can further improve the blood sugar control effect, improve the treatment compliance and improve the clinical prognosis of patients. It has high implementation significance and clinical application value.
