探讨饮食指导在糖尿病护理方面的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分析糖尿病护理使用饮食指导的临床价值,为临床护理提供参考。方法 2014年7月—2017年7月该院对糖尿病患者128例开展分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,均有64例患者。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用常规护理和针对性护理,对两组的临床护理情况进行对比分析。结果护理前两组的血糖指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,对照组的空腹血糖是(9.33±3.64)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖指标为(11.49±3.18)mmol/L;观察组为(8.02±2.21)、(9.10±2.44)mmol/L,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有48例满意,满意度是75.00%,并发症几率是17.19%,观察组有60例满意,满意度是93.75%,并发症几率是4.69%。差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.571,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受饮食指导针对性护理能够有较好的效果,比常规护理优秀,临床中应该推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical value of dietary guidance for diabetes care, and to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods From July 2014 to July 2017, 128 patients with diabetes were analyzed in the hospital. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 64 patients in each group. The control group used routine nursing, and the observation group used routine nursing and targeted nursing to compare and analyze the clinical nursing conditions of the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in blood glucose index between the two groups before treatment(P〈0.05). After the nursing, the fasting blood glucose of the control group was(9.33 ±3.64)mmol/L, and the blood glucose index was(11.49 ±3.18)mmol/L at 2 h after meal;(8.02 ±2.21)mmol/L in the observation group(9.10 ±2.44)mmol/L.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). In the control group, 48 patients were satisfied, the satisfaction rate was75%, the complication rate was 17.19%, 60 patients in the observation group were satisfied, the satisfaction rate was93.75%, and the complication rate was 4.69%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=0.571, P〈0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients with diet guidance can have better results, better than conventional care, and should be promoted in clinical use.
