河南重点发展大健康产业的策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Developing Big Health Industry in Henan

随着人们生活质量逐步提高、生活需求逐步扩展、生活层次逐步提升,人们对健康长寿的追求就越强烈,对健康产品和服务的总需求就越大,最终会呈现为爆炸性的急剧增加,形成波及全世界的健康革命。基于此,分析河南重点发展大健康产业的战略选择依据与面临的主要困难与问题,提出科学制定全局性战略规划、大力招商引资引智、推动战略转型和改造升级、培育形成一批特色优势企业、建设法治政府和服务型政府、培养专门人才、推动产校合作建设国家级大健康产业发展技术中心的对策建议。

With the improvement on people＇s quality of life,life demand and life level,the pursuit of health and longevity is more intense,the total demand for health products and services increases,which will eventually show a sharp increase in the formation of spread to the whole world health revolution. Based on this analysis,this paper illustrates the strategic choice of Henan focus on the development of the health industry basis and the main difficulties and problems,and puts forward the following countermeasures： scientific overall strategic planning,promoting investment talent recruitment vigorously,strategic transformation and upgrading,fostering the formation of a group of enterprises,the construction of law government and service-oriented government,promoting the cultivation of specialized personnel,and promoting industry and school cooperation to build national big health industry development centers.
