摘要
越野行走运动中运动员的身体耐力是完成竞赛指标的基础条件,在常规训练科目中为了达到预期的训练效果,反复叠加了大量的耐力训练内容。这样的方法虽然能够达到一定的训练效果,但是也更加容易造成运动员的身体损伤情况。为此,本文分析了越野行走运动中运动员身体损伤特征,同时提出针对越野行走运动中运动员身体损伤的预防措施,旨在通过加强预防措施,降低越野行走运动员发生身体损伤的比例,同时为相关研究提供理论参考。
The endurance of athletes in Nordic walking is the basic condition to complete the competition. In order to achieve the expected training effect,a lot of endurance training contents are added repeatedly in the regular training subjects. Although this method can achieve certain training effects,it is more likely to cause physical injuries. Therefore,this paper analyzes the characteristics of injuries in Nordic walking and provides prevention implementations. The aim is to reduce the proportion of injury by strengthening preventive measures,and provide theoretical reference for related research.
